½ cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup extra virgin unrefined olive oil
1 clove garlic – minced

Shake in an opaque container with tight-fitting lid.

 

oregano
thyme

basil

parsley

dill

cayenne

sea salt

tarragon
 

 

Add any of these ingredients to taste. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
