Sweet Potato Wedges Recipe

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

2 medium sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp garlic salt
1-2 tsp dried rosemary

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400° .
2. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
3. Coat wedges with avocado oil and sprinkle with seasonings to taste
4. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 18-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
