Elizabeth knows the power of nutrition first hand. Having battled chronic digestive issues and a poor relationship with food throughout her life, she understands the frustration of searching for answers to feeling better.
Elizabeth was introduced to a food-as-medicine approach to health and well-being while completing a health coaching program that explored the healing benefits of different diets. Feeling inspired to deepen her understanding, she pursued a graduate degree in clinical nutrition where she explored more in-depth the healing power of real food.
Through practicing a whole-foods based, balanced diet, Elizabeth was able to transform her relationship with food to one of nourishment and fulfillment, instead of deprivation and feeling drained.
Elizabeth was introduced to Nutritional Weight & Wellness in 2017 and has grown with the company ever since, always eager to continue expanding her knowledge while maintaining a mission to help others feel their best through real food.
Elizabeth is a licensed nutritionist through the Minnesota Board of Nutrition and Dietetics. She received her B.S. in Kinesiology & Health from Iowa State University. She completed her M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR.
Elizabeth sees clients at the Wayzata office.
