Smoothies are one of our favorite options for a grab and go breakfast or snack. Plus, they’re often a great catch-all for fruits and veggies you’re not quite sure what to do with. Like … avocado? Yes, seriously! Avocado is a great, filling fat that adds a perfect creaminess (no odd taste) to this raspberry lemonade smoothie.

Here’s the complete recipe (makes 1 serving) featured in the video.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 - 1 scoop pink lemonade NutriKey Key Greens & Fruits
- 1 scoops protein powder (here is the protein we used, but any will work fine)
- 1/2 avocado
Directions:
Add water and/or ice as needed for preferred texture, blend & enjoy!
