At a visit with my physician, he said to me “If you want to be able to walk in 20 years, you need to lose weight.” This was my wake-up call that it was time to get serious about dropping weight. Since I had been listening to the Dishing Up Nutrition podcast and liked what I was hearing on the show, I decided to give Nutritional Weight & Wellness a call.

After the first four weeks, the best description I can come up with is that I felt less “swollen.” I had to buy new pants, and I could tell there was less pressure in my hands when I made a fist. It was a strange feeling because I never realized just how inflamed my body was in the first place, but day-by-day I felt less swollen in my body. I remember how I used to have to rock back and forth a few times to get myself off the couch, but now I can simply stand up because the extra weight is gone!
My number one goal in doing the Nutrition 4 Weight Loss program was to lose weight, and that’s exactly what I achieved. So far I’ve lost 47 pounds* and 19.5 inches, and I will continue to follow the program to lose more weight. What’s so great about this program is that it’s simple! And sustainable—unlike other things I’ve tried in the past that didn’t stick. I know this is an eating plan I can follow easily for the rest of my life. I’ve been pleased with the amount of meat I’ve been able to eat, and I never feel hungry.
