Bison Burger Recipe

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

1 ½ pounds ground bison meat
½ c. diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix by hand.
  2. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat grill and cook until done. Keep in mind bison is lean and is best served medium rare.
