Chicken Patties Recipe

Chicken Patties

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

1 1/2 lbs ground chicken breast
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
1/3 c. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 c. brown rice, cooked
3/4 can black olives, chopped
1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Spread with 1 T. olive oil. Form 4 patties and place on paper.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
