Steak Gorgonzola Salad Recipe

Makes 4 meal-sized servings | Gluten free

Salad

8 c. field greens
4 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 ½ lbs. steak, grilled and thinly sliced
4 oz. gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

Dressing

3 T. olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 orange
Sea salt to taste
1 garlic clove, finely diced

Directions:

  1. Divide salad ingredients between 4 plates.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients together and top each salad with equal amounts.
