Warm Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

Makes 1 serving | Gluten free 

Ingredients:


1/3 cup canned coconut milk
1 small apple or ½ large apple peeled
1 cup hot water
½ tsp apple pie spice or cinnamon
1 ½ scoop Wellness Whey Protein - vanilla   or 1 scoop Vanilla Paleo protein

Directions:

  1.  Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
